Civil Society National Coalition for Education for All is the national implementer of the Education Out Loud project of the Global Partnership for Education GPE Anoj Chettri the consultant responsible for monitoring and evaluation from the Asia Pacific Management Unit of the Global Partnership for Education, was present. Board members of the Education Alliance organized a workshop to empower the branch council on May 14-16.

In this seminar we learned the content that will make a valuable contribution to strengthening the capacity of civil society organizations such as writing projects calculating risks implementing strategies and tactics effective management monitoring and evaluation mapping theories of change
